Listing is for 6 each Watts brand 4.5′ Diameter x 20′ Length Dirt/Rust water filter cartridges, in a 20 micron construction.
General Specs:
- Made from FDA compliant materials.
- Watts pleated filter is constructed of 100 % synthetic media with no cellulose used. Cellulose is subject to bacteriologically breaking down in certain water conditions.
- Individually wrapped and designed to fit Jumbo or Big Blue 20′ water filter housings.
- The filter can be rinsed out and reused. This ‘reuse’ is dependent on water conditions and is not applicable in every instance.
- Pleated filters have a higher flow rate per 10′ length due to much greater surface area of filter.
- Pleated filters also have greater Dirt/Rust/Sediment loading capacity than ‘spun’ polypropylene cartridges and are more ideal for whole house and light commercial filter applications.
